Dr. David L. Blecker is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Tufts University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Presbyterian Hospital – University of Pennsylvania and his nephrology fellowship Hahnemann University Medical School (now Drexel University College of Medicine).
He received a Master of Public Health from Lima Linda University. Dr. Blecker is board certified in internal medicine, nephrology, and preventive medicine. He was Medical Director of the Atlantic City Health Department and Chief in Nephrology at the Atlantic City Medical Center (now Atlanticare) for more than 10 years.
